Fill your cupcake liners and bake. Should take anywhere from 13 to 20 min. Use your judgment and don't overbake. I gently press the top of a cupcake. If it doesn't stay caved in, it is done. Remember: they will continue to cook a bit when you bring them out of the oven. Wait until they are cool before you taste.
