Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Ovulent Commerce. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Orders & Pricing

All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when your payment is processed and the order is confirmed.

4. Delivery

We deliver within our covered zones only. Delivery windows are subject to availability. We make every effort to honour your selected delivery slot, but delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly in such cases.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel an order while it is still in New status. Once the order has been packed for delivery, cancellation may not be possible. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
