1. Eligible Refunds

Refunds are issued in the following situations:

Order cancellation: If you cancel an eligible order before it is packed for delivery, a full refund will be processed automatically.
Item cancellation: If an individual item in your order is cancelled (e.g. due to stock unavailability), a refund for that item — including any applicable tax — will be issued.
Damaged or incorrect items: If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a refund or replacement at our discretion.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Orders that have already been dispatched for delivery cannot be cancelled or refunded, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Perishable items that have been delivered and accepted are generally non-refundable unless they are demonstrably unfit for consumption.

3. Refund Amount

Refunds cover the full amount charged, including the item price and any tax paid on that item. Delivery fees are not refunded unless the entire order is cancelled before dispatch.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

All refunds are returned to the original payment method via Paystack. Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account after the refund is initiated. You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team at [email protected] or through the chat feature on our platform. Include your order reference and a description of the issue.

For order or item cancellations, refunds are triggered automatically — you do not need to contact us separately.
