Tikka Masala sauce usually includes tomatoes (frequently as purée), cream, coconut cream, and spices. The sauce may be colored orange using foodstuffs such as turmeric, paprika, tomato purée or with food dye. Simmer your veggies or favorite protein to make a quick curry. Marinate veggies, tofu and proteins and then throw over grill. Pour over noodles, rice, quinoa. Perfect to make curries with veggies, lentils, chick peas and more.
